I am passionate about helping leaders maximise their potential, lead effectively, and transform their teams into high-impact, high-value-creating teams. I believe every person and team has a unique calling, and am passionate about coming alongside and helping them draw out their innate potential, become a better version of themselves, and ultimately to fully live out their callings!

Work Experiences
I have mentored and developed leaders for over 30 years and have integrated coaching techniques into my approach since 2000. I worked in a large global not-for-profit organisation for almost 30 years and held various leadership roles at the country, regional, and international levels. My responsibilities included mentoring, training, operations, technology, publishing, leader development, consulting, team development, and strategy development.
I spent most of my time working with leaders to develop and empower them, help them lead effectively, and build high-impact teams. Most of my work involved cross-cultural environments.
Coaching Experiences
I have been coaching teams and individuals for over 20 years.
My clients included organisational leadership teams that oversaw an entire country’s operation, and leaders at local, country, and regional levels. They came from my previous organisation and other for-profit and not-for-profit organisations. They came from Asia, Oceania, Africa, North America, and Latin America. They have diverse backgrounds, including technology, entrepreneurs, startups, sales, Christian missions, churches, media, operations, Human Resources, manufacturing, public services, sole proprietorship, product development, and education.
I have been conducting coaching-skills training that equips leaders to integrate coaching techniques into their leadership roles so that they may become more effective leaders.
I am a faculty member with Creative Results Management LLC, providing ICF-accredited professional coach training for aspiring coaches. I am also a Mentor Coach for aspiring coaches and those wanting to level up their professional coaching skills.
