Description
How effective is your team?
An effective team is more than the sum of its parts. It is not only about whether your team can complete its tasks. It is about how well your team completes its tasks, learns, collaborates internally and externally, engages with stakeholders, and more!
In an increasingly complex environment, a team must be agile and adaptive to deliver value for its stakeholders continually.
We use the PERILL model as the foundational framework to measure team performance. The model provides several contexts in which to identify indicators of effective performance or dysfunction. Prof. David Clutterbuck developed the model after many years of research on team effectiveness.
A team effectiveness assessment (e.g. PERILL-lite or PERILL Assessments, based on the PERILL model) allows you to take a snapshot of your team’s health and identify either gaps that might prevent it from being effective or areas where your team could grow. The assessment is designed to provide your team with data to make informed decisions on improving instead of providing clinical diagnosis.
A team effectiveness assessment is a good first step if you want to improve your team’s effectiveness.
Before the assessment, we will provide an initial briefing for all your team members to help prepare them. After the assessment, we will conduct a debrief and coaching session (three hours) with your team to help you understand the resulting data and coach your team on possible next steps. You could also include two key stakeholders in the assessment as a bonus.
Included in this package:
- Team assessment (PERILL-Lite) for a team of up to seven (7) people and possibly two (2) key stakeholders.
- A short briefing session to prepare the team for the assessment.
- An assessment report for the team.
- A 3-hour debrief and coaching session after the assessment to help the team understand the results and decide on their next steps.
Important Note:
- This engagement only deals with one team. We will not consider sub-teams or a team of teams.
- The entire team (i.e. the team leader and all team members) must be involved in all aspects of this engagement.
- If the team has more members, you may purchase additional assessment add-ons.
- Once your payment is processed successfully, we will contact you to discuss the next steps and make further arrangements.
- The briefing and debriefing will be conducted online. However, if you are in Singapore, we may do so in a physical meeting. You must provide the venue and all necessary arrangements for the physical meeting.
