Who is this Workshop for?
If you work with people, lead a team, church, ministry, group, or organisation, and would like to get better results from those whom you work with, then this workshop is for you.
This workshop is especially relevant for managers, executives, pastors, church leaders, ministry leaders, cell group leaders, and even business leaders.
Even if you don’t have an official title of “leader”, this workshop will still help you enhance every relationship you have!
Mode of Training
The Coaching Workshop offers two choices of training length:
- Express version:
● 14 hours of training (i.e. 4 sessions, each 3.5 hours).
● The course content includes the most essential coaching skills and allows participants to use those skills immediately and see results.
● It is ideal for those who want to learn coaching skills but find it challenging to set aside enough time for the training. - Complete version:
● 21 hours of training (i.e. 6 sessions, each 3.5 hours).
● The course content includes all foundational coaching skills. It allows participants to learn and apply the skills and develop a new mindset, enabling them to help and develop others more effectively.
● It is ideal for those who want to learn coaching skills and integrate them into their leadership roles.
The course can be conducted online (live), allowing participants to save on travelling time. Online delivery also allows for more flexibility in the course’s timing to suit participants’ needs better.
The course can also be conducted physically if required.
